On-demand and ongoing, this is a hands on, 12-session class where we learn how to cook delicious and nutritious vegetarian/vegan/raw meals and the tools to make it a lifestyle.
Designed for beginner cooks and based on the yogic lifestyle and knowledge of prana or basic life energy within us, this program covers the Dos and Don’ts of food, cooking, and eating habits.
BONUS: Additional information on how to activate the part of the brain that is responsible for releasing toxic emotions and enhancing spiritual experiences is covered. This is grounded in both ancient wisdom and cutting edge biochemistry.
