Review Yogasanas & Learn Advanced Postures

This class is comprised of 2 sessions, 3 hours/session (+/-0.5 hours). It will include:
- a thorough review of Yogasanas,
- practice corrections,
- 5 new postures not covered in the Beginner’s class
This class is offered only to those who have already taken the Yogasanas class.
The class will be on Saturday, August 12 as follows:
Session 1: 8:00 am-11:30 am
Session 2: 4:00 pm-7:30 pm
