📝 Program Guidelines:
- Arrival: Please come 10 minutes early to get settled. Latecomers won’t be allowed entry once the class begins.
- Empty Stomach: Maintain a 4-hour gap after a meal, 2.5 hours after a snack, or 1.5 hours after drinks (water with lemon is fine).
- Yoga Mat: Bring yours, plus any cushions you need.
- Breaks: Refrain from eating, drinking, or restroom visits during the class.
- Cell Phones: Keep them on silent.
- Shoes: Kindly leave at the entrance.
- Social Media: Photos may occasionally be taken. Let me know if you’d prefer not to be included.
