Pregnancy Yoga

The Pregnancy Yoga is a specialized class that includes several yogic practices, along with Pranayam (breathing) and meditations to enhance the wellbeing of both the expecting mother and baby.

Benefits include: 

  • Strengthens the pectoral muscles to avoid pain in the shoulders and shoulder blades and spinal problems
  • Activates and stretches the spine, which benefits the neurological development of the child
  • Helps to prepare the body for natural birth and make delivery easier

Intensity Level: Low

Practice Duration: 45+ minutes

No experience of yoga necessary

In-Person Class Sessions: 3, 2.5 hrs/session
