The Pregnancy Yoga is a specialized class that includes several yogic practices, along with Pranayam (breathing) and meditations to enhance the wellbeing of both the expecting mother and baby.
Benefits include:
- Strengthens the pectoral muscles to avoid pain in the shoulders and shoulder blades and spinal problems
- Activates and stretches the spine, which benefits the neurological development of the child
- Helps to prepare the body for natural birth and make delivery easier
