Sadhguru
Sadghuru is an Indian yoga guru and a mystic, dedicated to raising humanity’s consciousness and improving their physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. In 1982, at age 25, he had an intense spiritual experience that changed his life: He left his business, started teaching yoga, and later established the Isha Foundation in 1992. His goal is to share his inner experience with the world and make the ancient yogic sciences accessible as well as relevant to contemporary minds. His self-transformation methods do not ascribe to any cult, religion, or belief system and are both proven and powerful.
He is also a bestselling author of several books and a poet. In addition, he is a renowned speaker at international forums, including the United Nations Headquarters and the World Economic Forum, and leading educational institutions, including Oxford, Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and MIT, to name a few.
